Return Policy

As per health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on medicines, supplements, or any personal wellness products once delivered — except in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item upon arrival

To be eligible for a return in the above cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue via email or WhatsApp.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved based on the above conditions:

  • We will initiate a full or partial refund, or send a replacement product, as per your preference.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (or via bank/mobile transfer where applicable).
  • If a replacement is preferred, standard delivery times will apply.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Orders returned due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
